Signature Programs for 2026
Michelle is the creator of Elevate Entrepreneurs, a 10-week, term-by-term, VET-aligned school-based program. Designed for youth disengaged from traditional education, it builds practical numeracy, literacy and entrepreneurial skills, leading to re-engagement in education, improved career prospects, and the ability to create futures that fit their unique strengths.
Through her work, Michelle bridges the gap between innovation in corporate environments and social impact initiatives, making her a sought-after collaborator for industry professionals, government agencies and education partners.
Her approach combines lived experience, evidence-based strategies, health and wellbeing focus and a deep understanding of youth empowerment, creating pathways for meaningful change.
Elevate Entrepreneurs has demonstrated strong outcomes in:
re-engagement with school
renewed participation in further education and training
increased understanding of employment and self-employment pathways
Building on this foundation, Michelle is the creator of Elevate Our Future, a 12-month school-based program for Years 8–11 (with optional Year 12 participation). The program expands early intervention by embedding decision-making capacity, economic autonomy and psychosocial wellbeing before urgency-driven choices and crisis pathways emerge.
Elevate Our Future supports students to understand themselves, their values and their options moving forwards into an AI Driven world - building confidence, agency and practical capability as they navigate their own education, opportunities for work, understanding their money goals and most important understanding that their own wellbeing comes first. Michelle centres this learning of self-responsibility to care for their futures by ensuring the foundational work is laid early so that each day students feel equipped with the tools to succeed through life's ups and downs.
Elevate Our Future prepares young people for the realities of modern work by developing self-leadership, accountability, communication and financial understanding - the same capabilities employers identify as critical for sustainable performance.
